Use this form to notify reception of an expected visitor or delivery.

All expected visitors and non post room deliveries (i.e. courier deliveries) must be communicated to the Reception Centre at least 24 hours in advance of the planned visit.

The following procedure is in place to ensure the smooth transition of all visitors through Student Reception.

For visitors:

Reception must be informed of all expected visitors using this form.
Visitors must report to the Reception and have their hosts details and ID with them. The host or representative must meet their visitor at Reception, escort them throughout their visit, escort them off site on completion of visit and ensure all passes are returned to Reception.
Visitors are to be informed that they may be subject to a random vehicle and personal checks and should ensure that they know how to open the boot and bonnet of their car.

For deliveries:

Reception must be informed of all expected couriers/parcels/deliveries using this form.
You or a nominated person must be contactable and be prepared to collect your delivery immediately when notified of arrival at Reception.
